Non-Burner Declines

Non-burner missions provide a standings loss when you decline them and are not considered ‘free’ to decline. Some missions provide more standings loss than others. If we do not have a guide on the mission then you should decline it unless the standings loss from the mission will put you below -2.0 with the agent. This is because the agent will not speak with you if you have below -2.0 standings with them, even if your faction standings are above 5.0.

Usually, if you run all the missions we have guides for, plus the burner missions in which you can use a Nergal, as well as the Storyline Mission: Materials For War Preparation, your agent standings should naturally stay above -2.0 and faction standings above 5.0 unless you get a particularly unlucky mission streak.

If you do have to run a non-guide mission, use https://eve-survival.org/wikka.php?wakka=MissionReportsLevel4 to find out if it can be blitzed in anyway. The Machariel should be able to complete most of these missions but may take a long time, warping in and out, and manual piloting to avoid damage as you cannot run your shield booster for long.
