The Machariel can used to blitz the following missions:

You should not have a problem with blitzing any of the missions as long as you have the skills to fit all the modules, gunnery support skills to 4 and the following:
Large Projectile Turret 4
Minmatar Battleship 3
Gallente Battleship 3
You will use the same fit for all missions except for #dread-pirate-scarlet where you will refit into Artillery. The fits are as follows:
