Burner Declines
Burner missions do not provide any standing loss when declined, so they are always considered ‘free’ to decline. You should run all burner missions as they pay out the most, but there are a few exceptions:

There is one mission where you have to defang a supercarrier. This also cannot be done in a Nergal and requires a very specific cruiser fit. However, unlike the previously mentioned missions, this one takes over 30 minutes and is not efficient to run. Decline this mission:
